What a fail.

So, I’m sure not many people noticed (because no one reads my blog?), but I have not been posting every day. Whoops! I guess I bit off more than I could chew in that respect.

It’s been more than a month since I posted last, and nothing’s really changed. I’m at home for the summer, but anxiously awaiting my return to college. There’s nothing like living in an apartment complex with a bunch of your friends right next door! It’s going to be wonderful :]

I wish I could say that I’m working on some of my goals, but I’m not. Right now, I’ve been focusing on upping my piano skills, making money any way I can (babysitting, mostly… some housesitting and dogsitting), and running a youth choir for the summer at my church with my three best friends from home.

Speaking of my 100 Goals, I’ve changed the 99th one from “posting each day” to “learning how to cook chicken.” I actually don’t know how to do that. And it’s not because I’m a priss who doesn’t cook (believe me, I love to cook!), it’s just that chicken is really tough to cook (for me, at least). It’s not the type of thing where you can just “wing it,” because if you screw it up, you end up puking for the next day and a half.

One goal I’m working on is going on a road trip. My younger sister and I are planning on taking a trip to visit our cousins in PA in a few weeks. This isn’t a really long road trip, but how long does the car ride need to be before it’s considered a “road trip” anyway? I think almost 3 hours is a good length :]

In other news, I got to record background vocals for a song on my friend’s CD, and it’s out now. You can listen at: http://joshmurphy.bandcamp.com/ … I’m on track 4.

I’ll definitely keep this blog updated as the summer progresses, but there’s not too much to report.

Over and out.

Hey I am reading it! Haha. Blogs are kind of cool actually. They seem like they’d be therapeutic somehow. Yet possibly be a source of insecurity if you felt your blog was unpopular. True?
